Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales engagements for core insurance and digital platform products, articulating value propositions tailored to client pain points and business goals.
- Partner with sales and product teams to craft compelling solution narratives through customized demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and presentations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legacy systems, operational challenges, and digital transformation objectives.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed, client-centric solutions that align with the technical and functional landscape.
- Provide feedback to the product management team based on market and customer insights to help shape roadmap and innovation priorities.
