Techwave we are always in an exercise to foster a culture of growth and inclusivity We ensure whoever is associated with the brand is being challenged at every step and is provided with all the necessary opportunities to excel in life People are at the core of everything we do Join us Who are we Techwave is a leading global IT and engineering services and solutions company revolutionizing digital transformations We believe in enabling clients to maximize the potential and achieve a greater market with a wide array of technology services including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning Application Development Analytics Digital and the Internet of things IoT Founded in 2004 headquartered in Houston TX USA Techwave leverages its expertise in Digital Transformation Enterprise Applications and Engineering Services to enable businesses accelerate their growth Plus we re a team of dreamers and doers who are pushing the boundaries of what s possible And we want YOU to be a part of it Job Title Business Analyst Industry Type BFSI Experience 5 - 10 Yrs Mode of Hire Fulltime Contract Fulltime The client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to support Finance Systems Strategy FSS organization specifically focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite EBS and related applications The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of Oracle R12 2 EBS suit concepts with a strong understanding of financial processes and expertise in Oracle Receivables Payables and General Ledger Key Responsibilities Support and enhance business processes related to General Ledger Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable module Thorough understanding of Finance processes and experience with documenting business requirements participating in fit-gap analysis and testing Perform data analysis validation and quality assurance on financial data and processes Lead and participate in testing activities including User Acceptance Testing UAT validation and defect resolution Manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines Support end users by writing and maintaining user documentation and supporting training initiatives Provide ongoing support training and customer service to end users and business partners Work closely with technical teams to support Oracle EBS and related Finance applications Required Skills Qualifications 5-10 years of Business Analyst experience supporting Finance modules General Ledger GL Accounts Payable AP and Accounts Receivable AR Solid understanding of Invoice to Cash I2C Procure-to-Pay P2P and Record-to-Report R2R process fundamentals and finance data process flows Understand the Software Development Life Cycle SLDC Strong experience in data analysis validation testing and quality assurance QA UAT Ability to perform SQL queries and have knowledge of backend table structures Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to translate complex concepts into clear concise business requirements Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master complex processes and systems High commitment to customer service and strong work ethic Experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules GL AP AR is required Preferred Qualifications Experience in global or multi-location project environments Experience with process automation or business process improvement projects Certification in Business Analysis e g CBAP or Oracle EBS Finance modules is a plus
