This is a remote position Job Title Business Analyst Experience 8 Years Location Remote Notice Period Immediate Joiner Only About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion projects The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful data integration and reporting outcomes This role requires a balance of analytical capability technical understanding and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather analyze and prioritize business requirements related to Oracle Fusion and Power BI reporting Translate business needs into functional specifications data models and reporting requirements Conduct workshops gap analyses and impact assessments to identify improvement opportunities Collaborate closely with solution architects and development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation Support User Acceptance Testing UAT end-user training and deployment readiness activities Maintain up-to-date documentation for business processes requirements and change logs Ensure alignment with data governance standards and organizational policies Required Qualifications 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years focused on Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion or ERP data reporting projects Strong understanding of key data domains such as Material Customer Supplier and BOM Master Proven experience with Oracle Fusion and Power BI platforms Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum environments Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies including process modelling use case modelling and requirements management tools e g JIRA Confluence Preferred Qualifications Nice to Have Certifications such as CBAP CCBA or Power BI CIMP Exposure to data governance or data quality initiatives Experience in working with geographically distributed teams
