Job Description Company: Mangatrai Jewels Location: Liberty, Basheerbagh (Hyderabad) Timings: 11 AM 8 PM (8 hours + 1-hour lunch break) Type: Full-time, On-site Role Overview Mangatrai Jewels is seeking 2 experienced Sales Telecallers to join our dynamic sales team. The role is focused on converting digital and referral leads into store walk-ins and video-call shopping appointments, ensuring a premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Call and qualify leads generated from social media campaigns, referrals, and events. - Present jewellery collections (Diamond, Gold, Polki) and offers to prospects. - Schedule store visits and video-call shopping appointments, ensuring high show-up rates. - Maintain timely and accurate lead updates in CRM. - Follow up diligently with interested leads to maximize conversions. - Coordinate with showroom sales staff for smooth client handover. - Meet monthly sales-qualified lead and walk-in targets. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of telecalling/inside sales experience. - Background in jewellery, real estate, or luxury retail is an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. - Comfortable handling high-value clientele with patience and professionalism. - Familiar with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic Excel. - Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven attitude.
