Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and creating strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing reports, presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in client relationship management and business development
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the industry is a plus
