Job Summary We are looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk Executive - Non-Voice Process to join our team at PSG Global Solutions India. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience who are proficient in IT support and eager to work in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will provide first-line IT support primarily through email, chat, and ticketing systems, handling technical issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities - Provide IT support to users via non-voice channels such as email, chat, and ticketing systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve advanced OS issues, hardware, software, and network problems. - Manage endpoints, desktops, laptops, and peripherals using endpoint management tools. - Handle cloud-based email and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). - Log, track, and resolve tickets efficiently using IT service management tools. - Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs for recurring issues. - Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements. Qualifications & Required Skills - 2-4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support (Non-Voice Process). - Advanced OS troubleshooting skills (Windows/Linux). - Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN). - Experience with ticketing systems and endpoint management tools. - Proficiency with cloud email and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work independently and meet service level agreements. Preferred Skills - Exposure to IT service management best practices. - Hands-on experience with endpoint security and monitoring tools. - Understanding of IT infrastructure, including network devices and configurations. - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
