**Role**: Desktop Support Engineer
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years
**Location**: Nashik, Maharashtra
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide comprehensive desktop and technical support to clients and customers
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 7/10
- Configure Lotus Notes / Outlook clients
- Install and manage antivirus & patch management systems
- Handle basic networking tasks (router & switch configuration)
- Provide on-site IT support as IT Executive
- Setup and configure network printers
- Support MS Office, web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox)
- Work in Active Directory / domain environment
- Resolve issues through helpdesk ticketing systems
- Perform Level 1 installation of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019)

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on desktop/IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
