but it matters You ll find a place where you can be yourself prioritize your wellbeing and truly belong What s in it for you Constant learning skill growth great benefits and a team that wants you to grow and succeed What you ll do Summary As a User Researcher in our team you contribute to an excellent user experience of SAP s strategic S 4HANA cloud solution The Role As a User Researcher you work closely together with key design and product team members to identify and explore discovery spaces Your job as a user researcher will be to lead and execute user-centric projects end-to-end from roll-in to conceptualization and usability testing You engage with end users customers and customer-facing teams to better understand the needs of the users With your skills and passion you and the whole UX team are driving a user-centric product definition What you bring - Degree in Psychology Cognitive Science Human Computer Interaction or comparable fields - Minimum 4-6 years experience in conducting user research preferably in a business software context - Experience with applying a variety of both qualitative and quantitative user research methods -
