We are in the hunt for passionate Sales AEs to join our GTM team and you'll be at the forefront, leveraging your proven SaaS/Tech sales experience to drive top-line growth and exceed quota. Key Objectives:
Drive Sales & Pipeline Growth:
- Use our sales tools to target, engage, and convert qualified leads via email, phone, etc
- Close deals and generate new ARR (annual recurring revenue)
Master the Sales Cycle:
- Employ a systematic outreach strategy, logging all activity in the CRM
Own Your Goals:
- Approach quotas with an entrepreneurial spirit, exceeding targets monthly and quarterly
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:
- Maintain positive relationships with BDR/SDRs, collaborating to optimize lead flow and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Quota Crusher: Consistently exceed monthly qualified leads and quarterly goals
- CRM Champion: Track and record all daily sales activity within the company CRM
- Product Master: Stay on top of all product features, including upcoming releases
- Always Available: Maintain responsiveness across channels during work hours and connect with key collaborators
- Team Player: Contribute to training and mentoring new team members
- Values Champion: Uphold company and team values in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Sales Pro: 6 to 9 years of crushing quotas and closing deals
- Communication Champion: Speak and write clearly, with confidence
- College Degree (Preferred): A bachelor's degree is a plus
- Google Workspace Guru: Master of Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and the gang
- HubSpot Hero (Bonus): Experience with HubSpot CRM is a major advantage
