You should be data-driven, creative, and focused on delivering growth through measurable results. Prior experience in the D2C or beauty/personal care space is preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon Ads platforms • Manage full-funnel marketing strategies - Awareness, Consideration, Conversion • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.) • A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and product positioning • Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to execute ad strategies • Track daily performance and create weekly/monthly reports with insights and actions • Manage retargeting, lookalike, and custom audience strategies • Monitor competitor performance and market trends to stay ahead of the curve Qualifications: • Minimum 6 Months of experience in performance marketing (Amazon Ads) • Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of digital KPIs • Experience in D2C, personal care, or e-commerce brands • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or Amazon Seller Central Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
