Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement Your responsibilities: Develop, implement and manage social media strategy Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Define most important social media KPIs Manage and oversee social media content Measure the success of every social media campaign Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Hire and train others in the team Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) Skill sets/Experience we require: 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Excellent knowledge of social media best practices Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research Good understanding of social media KPIs Excellent multitasking skills Great leadership skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Experience as a brand manager on social media. - Understand how to measure the success of campaigns.
