Job Title Continental Chef Location Gangtok Darjeeling Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Continental Chef to join our culinary team The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of European cuisine and a flair for creating innovative dishes that delight our guests This role requires creativity attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards Key Responsibilities Menu Development Create and update the continental menu incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends while ensuring a balanced offering Food Preparation Oversee the preparation and cooking of continental dishes ensuring consistency and quality in presentation and flavor Kitchen Management Supervise kitchen staff providing training and guidance to ensure efficient operation and adherence to food safety standards Inventory Control Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients minimizing waste and ensuring the highest quality of products Quality Assurance Monitor food quality and presentation implementing improvements as necessary Collaboration Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction Health and Safety Adhere to all health and safety regulations maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Chef 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
