Additional tasks include coordinating with internal teams, gathering customer feedback, developing strategies to improve client experiences, and contributing to the company's retention and growth initiatives. Qualifications - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills - Problem-solving abilities, customer service management, and client retention skills - Organizational and coordination capabilities to work effectively with internal teams - Knowledge of CRM tools and techniques is an added advantage - Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to handle client queries efficiently - Experience in educational publishing or a related sector is beneficial - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
