Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose This role is responsible for formulating investor strategies and for preparation of quarterly earnings report by analyzing earnings call script, quarterly earnings releases, financial data factsheet, Q&A document, leveraging deep knowledge and understanding of global trends/ benchmarks in payment /credit card industry for suggesting suitable change in current and future strategies in a manner which benefits the company. Role Accountability 1. Formulate analyst / investor communication strategy highlighting long-term value drivers, optimize investor access to top management 2. Serve as SPOC for investor community / research analysts by proactive communication, calls and meetings prepare presentation for quarterly analyst meets / investor conferences/ roadshows 3. Drive preparation of quarterly earnings report by analyzing earnings call script, quarterly earnings releases, financial data factsheet, Q&A document 4. Prepare report on peer stock performance and valuations for top management by analyzing research reports issued on company, competition and industry at large 5. Evaluate global trends/ benchmarks in payment /credit card industry, understanding Research analysts expectation on SBIC 6. Participate in projects in related areas 7. Collaborate with functional leaders to gather inputs for investor reports and communications 8. Evaluate shareholding pattern trends and evaluate competitive trends on shareholding patterns and trading volumes 9. Stay aware of new and upcoming trends in investor community, new ETF/F&O/global indexes share the same with CFO and FP&A Lead and provide inputs for suitable changes in investor communication 10. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success 1. Number and depth of analysis conducted on industry, competition, company, emerging trends etc. 2. Accuracy and Timeliness of investor communications 3. Number of quality interactions with the institutional investors 4. Timely and accurate updation of process documentation 5. Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Accounting, Analytics, strategy and business knowledge Competencies critical to the role 1.
