Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery across all client sites for Ambulance & Emergency Services. - Coordinate end-to-end between hospital teams, client representatives, and vendor partners to ensure efficient service execution. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent service excellence and client satisfaction. - Handle service escalations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor on-ground performance, service quality, and adherence to SLAs and safety protocols. - Assist clients in fulfilling audit and compliance requirements, including documentation, data accuracy, and regulatory readiness. - Publish and present operational dashboards, MIS, and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal departments such as Emergency Medicine, HR, and Finance for smooth project operations. - Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance response time, efficiency, and patient experience. - Ensure training and readiness of ambulance and emergency staff in coordination with vendors.
