We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer who can inspire, coach, and shape a high-performing sales force that connects with parents and students with empathy, confidence, and expertise. --- 🎯 Key Responsibilities Design, deliver, and enhance sales training programs focused on EdTech products catering to Grades 6–12 (especially JEE & NEET). Conduct onboarding, refresher, and performance improvement sessions for sales teams. Equip sales executives with effective communication, objection handling, and consultative selling techniques. Create training content, mock pitch sessions, and product demos that align with company goals. Track performance metrics post-training and work closely with sales leadership for continuous improvement. Foster a positive learning environment to build confident, ethical, and goal-driven sales professionals. --- 🧩 Requirements 5-10 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the EdTech or education industry. Strong understanding of EdTech sales dynamics and parent-student engagement models. Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (both mandatory). Ability to motivate, mentor, and energize sales teams. Tech-savvy, confident with presentation tools and CRM/sales systems.
