Job Title Senior Sales Executive Location Hosur Tamil Nadu Company FURNIGENCE LLP About Us FURNIGENCE LLP is a fast-growing company providing complete engineering solutions for the Woodworking Cabinet Making and Interior Design industries We work with clients worldwide to deliver high-quality design-to-manufacturing services We are also expanding our business in India by offering design and execution of interior design projects Our mission is to blend innovation craftsmanship and technology to turn creative ideas into beautiful and practical spaces Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate should have experience in interior design construction or building materials sales preferably in interior design solutions The role involves identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving sales growth through effective strategies Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the woodworking interior design engineering sectors Manage existing client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools Key Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients architects designers builders and corporate buyers Team Leadership Lead mentor and train the sales team monitor performance and provide guidance to meet individual and team targets Target Achievement Ensure consistent achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets monitor and analyse performance metrics CRM Reporting Manage customer data and sales pipeline via CRM tools prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with marketing production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related field 5 years of experience in sales preferably in engineering woodworking furniture manufacturing or interior design industries Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them effectively to clients Proficiency in MS Office Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of working independently Willingness to travel as required What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a growing and innovative company Exposure to global clients and advanced technologies Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
