Job Title Analyst Senior Analyst Full-time - WorkForce Management Location Pune Shift US Shift Night Shift Experience Analyst 2-4 years CTC 4 5 LPA Senior Analyst 4-6 years CTC 7 LPA Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports for performance tracking and business insights Conduct detailed data analysis to support Workforce Management WFM and business planning Develop and apply accurate forecasting models based on historical and real-time data Work extensively with Advanced Excel for reporting automation and analysis Utilize formulas pivot tables charts and dashboards for real-time decision support Collaborate with internal stakeholders for data accuracy and timely insights Candidate Requirements Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel lookups pivot tables nested formulas dashboards macros Good understanding of forecasting techniques trend analysis and WFM metrics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be currently residing in Pune or nearby areas Should be comfortable working in US Shifts Note Only candidates who are open to night shift and currently based in or near Pune will be considered
