Job Title : Analyst / Senior Analyst (Full-time) - WorkForce Management Location : Pune Shift : US Shift (Night Shift) Experience : Analyst: 2–4 years | CTC : 4.5 LPA Senior Analyst: 4–6 years | CTC : 7 LPA Key Responsibilities : Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports  for performance tracking and business insights. Conduct detailed data analysis  to support Workforce Management (WFM)  and business planning. Develop and apply accurate forecasting models  based on historical and real-time data. Work extensively with Advanced Excel  for reporting, automation, and analysis. Utilize formulas , pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for real-time decision support. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for data accuracy and timely insights. Candidate Requirements : Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel  (lookups, pivot tables, nested formulas, dashboards, macros). Good understanding of forecasting techniques , trend analysis , and WFM metrics . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Must be currently residing in Pune or nearby areas . Should be comfortable working in US Shifts . Note : Only candidates who are open to night shift  and currently based in or near Pune  will be considered.
