(To Read more: www.antal.com) Location: Pune (Hinjewadi) Notice Period: Immediate to less than 30 days Responsibilities - End to End Non IT Recruitment Cycle Management - Sourcing and Screening Candidates from Job Portals - Coordinating Interviews and Onboarding - Client Interaction and Coordination - Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent - to your line of business. - Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting - Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material. - Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals. - Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue - at all times.
