Job Description

TheTalent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Closerin Pune, India is responsible for entering offer details into Workday for approval and initiating and completing post-offer acceptance activities. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and involves coordinating various tasks with hiring managers and other departments.

This role will beresponsiblefor:

- Generating and sending approved offers to candidates
- Coordinating post offer activities including education and background checks
- Escalate issues and background violations to Tier 3 support team for review.
- Creating positive interaction with final applicants at the end stages of the recruitment process.

This role will beaccountablefor:

- Completing all assigned duties accurately and on-time (e.g., scheduling by deadlines, communication to candidates and vendors)
- Report falsification or inaccuracy findings as deemed necessary.
- Identifies the support and resources needed to carry out plans; delivers on time at an acceptable quality level.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, is required
- 2 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders and gathering necessary information

Preferred Qualifications

- Must possess strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple requisitions and postings efficiently
