POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Post Closer/Senior Post Closer - We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive agent to manage and monitor our shared email inboxes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely responses, accurate routing of queries, and prompt resolution of issues. This role is critical to maintaining smooth communication and delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor designated email/mailboxes throughout the day to ensure timely attention to incoming emails
  • Categorize, prioritize, and respond to emails based on urgency and relevance
  • Route emails to appropriate departments or individuals when necessary
  • Maintain a log of incoming queries and track resolution timelines
  • Follow up on pending issues to ensure closure and customer/client satisfaction
  • Draft professional and concise email responses using company-approved templates or tone
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them to management for long-term resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and provide accurate responses
  • Ensure mailbox hygiene by archiving, tagging, and organizing messages appropriately

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of fifteen years of education
  • Proven experience in email support, customer service, or equivalent
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of email traffic
  • Familiarity with email and messaging platforms (e.g., Outlook, Teams)
  • Basic understanding of business operations and escalation protocols
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • US Mortgage experience is preferred.
