(To Read more: Location : Pune (Hinjewadi) Notice Period : Immediate to less than 30 days Responsibilities End to End Non IT Recruitment Cycle Management Sourcing and Screening Candidates from Job Portals Coordinating Interviews and Onboarding Client Interaction and Coordination Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business. Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material. Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals. Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times. Must Have 6 months to 3 years of Experience What will you gain?
