Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 0-1 year of experience to join our team in Pune . This is an office-based role with a primary focus on recruitment and supporting clients hiring needs. If you have a passion for talent acquisition and ensuring smooth operations, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (70% Focus):
Source, screen, and schedule interviews to hire top talent quickly and efficiently.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to offer rollouts.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

HR Administration (30% Focus):
Handle onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is completed smoothly.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Track attendance, leaves, and other HR operational tasks.
Support basic employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in both Tech and Non Tech recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be open to working from office in Pimple Nilakh, Pune
