Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a International Business Head /Export Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities includes developing and executing business plans, identifying opportunities for international sales, and expanding export operations. The day-to-day tasks involve client relationship management, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulations. The role also focuses on driving revenue growth and building a robust international business network. Qualifications - Business Planning and ability to develop and execute business strategies - 5+ years of experience in Export and managing export operations in FMCG product - Sales and International Sales skills, including client relationship management and contract negotiation - Knowledge of International Business and market trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field - Experience in the industry is a plus Compensation: Base Salary + Commission on Sales Achieved
