Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development - Achieve sales targets and growth objectives in assigned export markets. - Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new international markets. - Identify and onboard new distributors, importers, and strategic partners. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. 2. Market Expansion & Analysis - Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends. - Develop market entry strategies for new geographies in line with company goals. - Monitor pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities in each market. 3. Team Leadership - Lead, motivate, and guide a team of export executives or coordinators. - Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely achievement of objectives. - Provide training and development support to enhance team capabilities. 4. Sales Operations & Coordination - Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery. - Oversee export documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Track receivables and ensure adherence to payment terms. 5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring - Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market performance updates to management. - Analyze sales data to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Key Skills & Competencies: - Proven experience in export sales within the FMCG sector (Food, Beverages, Personal Care, etc.). - Strong business development and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in export documentation and international trade regulations. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Leadership and team management skills. - Willingness to travel internationally as required. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade (MBA preferred).
