Export Sales Manager ====================== Summary We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the export market for our company's products or services. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors, and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends and customer preferences. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the export market for company's products or servicesIdentify new business opportunities and potential new marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors in international marketsResearch and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunitiesDevelop and execute effective sales and marketing plans, including pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns to achieve sales targetsCoordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and timely deliveryProvide product training and sales support to distributors and overseas sales teamsMonitor and assess sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction and provide regular reports to managementStay updated with export regulations, trade financing options, and international business practicesBuild a strong network of contacts, attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and servicesManage and motivate the export sales team, set sales targets, and provide necessary training and guidance to achieve objectivesConduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential new product lines or business opportunities Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as an export sales manager from FMCG/FOOD industryStrong knowledge of international sales strategies, market trends, and export regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersStrong negotiation and selling skills with a track record of achieving sales targetsAbility to analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and make informed decisionsFamiliarity with trade financing options and international payment methodsProficiency in using software and other tools to manage customer relationships and track sales performanceGood organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel internationally as requiredDegree in International Business and Marketing
