Job Title Performance Marketing Executive Meta and google ads - Location Jaipur- Department Digital Marketing- Experience Required 2-5 Years- Industry Preference Beauty Personal Care Clean Beauty FMCG Wellness- CTC 4-5 LPAAbout The Wellness ShopThe Wellness Shop is a fast-growing clean beauty brand offering safe effective and sustainable skincare haircare and wellness products Our philosophy revolves around transparency purity and performance - helping consumers make conscious beauty choices that are better for them and the planet Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive Meta and google ads with strong expertise in Meta Facebook Instagram and Google Ads The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns creating and optimizing ads and coordinating effectively with creative and content teams to deliver measurable growth in brand visibility and sales Key Responsibilities - Plan execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Facebook Instagram and Google Ads Search Display Shopping Video and Remarketing - Manage and optimize campaigns with monthly budgets of - 10 lakh or more to achieve maximum ROI and brand visibility - Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals - Analyze campaign data track performance metrics CTR CPC CPA ROAS etc and prepare detailed performance reports - Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and deliver engaging ad creatives copy and visuals - Conduct A B testing for ad creatives targeting and landing pages to drive performance improvements - Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all digital campaigns - Stay up to date with the latest trends platform updates and best practices in digital marketing - Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation Required Skills Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Business Administration or a related field - 2-5 years of proven experience in paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms - Prior experience in the beauty clean beauty personal care or D2C e-commerce industry is mandatory - Demonstrated ability to manage and scale campaigns with - 10 lakh monthly budgets - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics Ads Manager and Excel - Excellent coordination project management and communication skills - Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making capabilities ref updazz com
