**Requirements**:

- **Technical Background**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Strong English Skills**: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement and loyalty.
