This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Programmatic Operations Specialist with 5–10 years of hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising, campaign management, and marketing automation tools. This role is ideal for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional who excels at building, optimizing, and scaling programmatic campaigns across diverse platforms—particularly DV360 and Adobe Campaign. You will play a key role in driving media efficiency, improving campaign outcomes, and aligning programmatic strategies with broader marketing and business goals. Requirements Key Responsibilities 1. Programmatic Campaign Management - Lead the end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns, including planning, setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting. - Build, manage, and optimize campaigns in DV360, ensuring alignment with performance KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and viewability. - Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, pacing discrepancies, tag implementation errors, and inventory-related challenges. - Manage remarketing, audience segmentation, frequency controls, and bid strategies to maximize efficiency. 2. Media Planning & Strategy - Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to develop comprehensive programmatic media plans. - Recommend the right mix of channels, targeting tactics, formats, and budgets based on campaign objectives. - Conduct forecasting and scenario planning to guide investment decisions. - Stay updated on programmatic trends, platforms, and best practices to continuously improve media strategies. 3. Adobe Campaign Management - Work with Adobe Campaign to execute cross-channel marketing initiatives such as email, push, and automated journeys. - Integrate programmatic efforts with Adobe workflows to create cohesive customer experiences. - Ensure accurate audience ingestion, segmentation, and execution within Adobe Campaign. - Collaborate with CRM and marketing automation teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints. 4. Operations & Process Excellence - Maintain strong documentation across workflows, tagging structures, and campaign processes. - Enhance operational efficiency by identifying gaps in processes and introducing automation, templates, or new tools. - Ensure adherence to brand safety guidelines, privacy regulations, and measurement standards. - Evaluate campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with internal teams—creative, content, analytics, CRM, and engineering—to deliver seamless execution. - Coordinate with external vendors, SSPs, and tech partners to explore new capabilities and maintain platform hygiene. - Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members on programmatic best practices and platform functionalities. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5–10 years of experience in programmatic advertising, media planning, and campaign operations. - Strong hands-on expertise in DV360 and experience in building and optimizing full-funnel campaigns. - Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, audience targeting, and brand safety tools. - Working knowledge of Adobe Campaign, including workflows, segmentation, and execution. - Proven track record in analyzing campaign data and identifying actionable insights. - Excellent communication, project management, and cross-team collaboration skills. - Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Familiarity with HTML tags, tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, and third-party measurement tools is a plus.
