Job Description Designation: Senior Executive- Human Resource Location: Hyderabad Role Type: Individual Contributor Scope: Managing the entire retail segment of the region Responsibilities:- - Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems. - Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. Support the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives. - HR Administration: Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. - Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee development programs. Support managers in identifying training needs and coordinating relevant training sessions. - Compensation and Benefits: Provide information and support regarding compensation and benefits programs. Assist in conducting salary reviews and benchmarking. - HR Reporting and Metrics: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile - Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a Retail HR role, with at least 3 years in store hiring. - Skills: Strong project management, attrition management, employee engagement skills, and driving initiatives from concept to execution (0-1) - Attributes: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing responsibilities independently. - Flexibility: Comfortable with store visits and travel as required.
