Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Deployment - Design and lead the enterprise-wide Six Sigma deployment strategy aligned with business goals. - Collaborate BU heads to identify strategic improvement opportunities and prioritize projects with high ROI. - Integrate Six Sigma with Lean, TPM, TQM, and Business Excellence frameworks. Project Governance & Oversight - Review and approve DMAIC/DMADV project charters, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs. - Monitor project progress, validate statistical rigor, and ensure adherence to Six Sigma methodology. - Conduct tollgate reviews at each phase (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Advanced Statistical & Analytical Expertise - Guide teams in using advanced statistical tools - Support data modeling and simulation for process optimization - Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using structured tools Mentorship & Capability Building - Mentor and coach Green Belts and Black Belts through project execution and certification. - Develop and deliver customized training programs on Six Sigma - Build a pipeline of future leaders by identifying high-potential talent and grooming them through structured learning paths. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Facilitate cross-BU and cross-functional projects to eliminate silos and drive enterprise-wide improvements. - Act as a change agent to overcome resistance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Data Science teams to integrate digital Six Sigma (e.g., real-time dashboards, predictive analytics).
