Founded in 2017, DVBC specializes in providing customized solutions for HR, accounting, lead generation, sales, marketing, distribution, and digital transformation. We assist MSMEs in overcoming challenges related to resource utilization, vision focus, working capital management, best practices implementation, talent retention, and manpower training. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lean Six Sigma Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Lean Six Sigma Consultant will be responsible for improving business processes, managing operations, providing consulting services, driving operational excellence, and coaching employees. The consultant will help clients achieve efficiency in their operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to ensure sustained growth and success. Qualifications - Skills in Business Process Improvement, Operations Management, and Operational Excellence - Experience in Consulting and Coaching - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals - Six Sigma certification is highly desirable - Previous experience working with MSMEs is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
