Job Description

Job Description of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts This role is to support the execution of high-impact transformation initiatives aligned with a consulting-defined future-state process roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver cross-functional process improvement projects across onboarding, billing, service, cash application, and collections

Translate golden process designs into executable actions on the ground

Coach and mentor Green Belt project leads across journey teams

Collaborate with analytics teams to define, track, and baseline CTQ metrics

Drive stakeholder alignment and standardization in fragmented process environments

Requirements:

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

10-18 years of relevant experience in shared services, finance operations, or customer operations

Proven success in project delivery within large-scale transformation programs

Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and change leadership skills

Led a team

Must have handled the project of Black Belt for Transformation Programs in Billing areas

1. Typical Black Belt ( existing JD), with following add-ons: (a) Experience in CRM platforms (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customerfacing roles desirable

1. Typical Black Belt (existing JD), with following add-ons (a) Experience in Order to Cash, billing systems(b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customerfacing roles desirable

For 1 role we need:

1. Typical Black Belt ( existing JD), with following add-ons (a) End to end experience with collections including credit and understands financials (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c)Experience in customerfacing roles desirable

For 1 role we need:

1. Typical Black Belt ( existing JD), with following add-ons (a) Experience with revenue leakage, revenue retention and revenue management programs and understands financials (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c)Experience in customerfacing roles desirable
