Job Description Job Description - Sr. Sales Executive 1) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. 2) Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. 3) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners. 4) Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. 5) Present and demonstrate property features to prospective clients. 6) Should have experience in closing deals with customers after taking in principle approval from banks on eligibility 7) Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management. 8) Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales efforts. 9) Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. 10) Residential projects experience must. 11) Should have the fire to be promoted to high designations based on performance. 12) Should coordinate and execute any marketing related printing, execution that might be there 13) Should be a team leader who has the ability to give individual targets to the team to meet his targets. 14) Should have a strong channel partner network which can be used to achieve monthly sales targets. Exp - Above 3yrs Salary Expectation - 40-50k Education - Any graduate. Location: Panvel Site Office and Field Work.
