Job Description Job Description Brief Description: Production line supervisor to oversee UPS production at Ambernath factory. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP. - Resource management - Human, Material - Drive Continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv Operating System) - Ensure quality products are delivered. - Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S. - On the Job training to new operators. - Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels. - Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement. - Required to handle multiple shifts / Shift duties. QUALIFICATIONS: . B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Production. - Production management - Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP - Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player. - Understanding of Lean principles. - 3 - 5 yrs. experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line. PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: . NA TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED: .
