Business Development Sales Manager - LED Display Solutions Company Pexora An Extension of PromotEdge Group of Companies Location Sector V Salt Lake Kolkata Job Type Full-Time Compensation Fixed Performance-Based Variable About Pexora Pexora is the LED screen solutions wing of the PromotEdge Group serving as the authorized distributor of Xtreme Media India s leading DOOH technology company for East India Pexora specializes in advanced LED display technologies including Outdoor digital signage billboards Indoor LED video walls for boardrooms conference rooms Interactive reception lobby displays Retail corporate and infrastructure display systems We are shaping the future of visual communication across sectors like real estate corporate offices retail hospitality healthcare education and more Role Overview We are looking for a confident and client-oriented Business Development Sales Manager to join our growing LED display solutions business This role demands a mix of technical understanding consultative sales skills and relationship management Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with B2B prospects across East India in relevant industries Conduct client meetings to understand display requirements both technical and aesthetic Offer tailored solutions using Pexora s product range in collaboration with technical teams from Xtreme Media Create compelling proposals quotations and presentations aligned with client needs Own the full sales cycle lead generation client consultation proposal negotiation closure and post-sale coordination Build and maintain strong long-term relationships to enable repeat business and referrals Maintain accurate sales data reports and pipeline tracking Candidate Profile Experience 2-5 years in B2B solution sales preferred high-ticket tech AV infrastructure or capital goods Languages Fluent in English Hindi and Bengali Skills o Excellent communication and presentation ability o Consultative selling approach and a strong client-service mindset o Ability to understand and convey technical information clearly o Self-driven and target-focused Education Graduate in Business Engineering Marketing or related fields MBA is a plus What We Offer A strategic role in a fast-growing vertical within a reputed marketing group Representation of a premium LED display brand Xtreme Media in East India Collaborative work culture at our modern office in Sector V Kolkata Fixed salary with attractive variable incentives Career growth potential as the business scales
