About the Team Workday is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding team here in our Dublin offices. We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with new customers for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts management team based across EMEA to develop sales activity. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required. In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications. You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies. About You Basic Qualifications - Advanced language skills in English - 1 years of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
