Essential Job Functions Conduct quality control and assurance activities including inspections and testing to ensure product compliance with established standards and procedures Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations Participate in the development and update of quality standards and documentation Provide guidance and support to junior quality analysts and technicians Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions Assist in root cause analysis and investigations of non-conformities Maintain and update quality records and reports Monitor the implementation of quality assurance procedures and policies Basic Qualifications Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically 5 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role Proven experience in security risk and compliance Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus Professional certifications in quality management or related areas such as Six Sigma Black Belt Green Belt or Certified Quality Manager CQM a plus Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services such as false websites or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf More information on employment scams is available
