Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT Staffing 📍 Location: [Onsite] 💼 Experience: 1.5 Years– 5 Years 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are hiring Bench Sales Recruiters to market and place IT bench consultants across US clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT bench sales, vendor coordination, and consultant marketing with a focus on quick placements and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities - Market IT bench consultants (W2/C2C) to US clients, Tier-1 vendors, and system integrators - Work on daily requirements from vendors and direct clients - Submit profiles, follow up on submissions, and coordinate interviews - Negotiate rates and terms with vendors - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients - Track submissions, interviews, and placements - Ensure maximum utilization of bench consultants and minimize bench aging - Update consultant details in ATS/CRM systems Required Skills & Experience - 1.5 – 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales - Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) - Experience working with Tier-1 vendors - Good negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Experience using job portals and sales tools Preferred Qualifications - Existing vendor network is a plus - Experience handling multiple technologies (Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, QA, Data, etc.) - Knowledge of US work authorization and visa types Why Join Us - Attractive salary + commissions - Stable bench and active requirements - Career growth in US IT staffing 📩 Interested candidates, apply now or share your resume to : shivali@pcstalent.com
