- **OPT /W2 RECRUITER Roles and Responsibilities:

- Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/H4-EAD/L2-EAD/ US citizen hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards. I.e. Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, TechFetch, etc.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
- Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
- Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates.
- Should have some understanding about the immigration process.
- You need to have some understanding of the IT skills that are trending in the market
- Knowledge of visa classification terms, rules, and guidelines
- Good knowledge of tax terms such as C2C, W2, 1099 is required.
- Should be able to educate the consultants.
- Ability to make calls every day to the consultants.
- Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the **OPT**/CPT/EAD
- Need to coordinate for technical screening
- Must be able to maintain contact with Consultants on a daily basis
- Better to have experience in On-boarding W2 Consultants as well
- Arrange schedules for technical interview.
- 1+Years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Should be active in social media
- Decision Making, Time Management and prioritize the work accordingly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent Verbal and written skills
- Should have Good Communication Skills.
- Good knowledge on US Visa and US tax terms

**job description for Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter position**:

- Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, Citizens.
- Must have good Experience of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, OPT and CPT) with Prime vendors or Direct Clients.
- Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner
- Should possess a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, Client Hiring manager contacts
- Strong experience in Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have worked mostly with Tier 1/ Prime vendors.
- Must be a good team player and result driven.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
