Key Responsibilities: ✔ Source and recruit OPT, CPT, H1B, and GC candidates for IT roles ✔ Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and OPT-focused platforms ✔ Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and clients ✔ Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance ✔ Leverage sales/EdTech experience for candidate engagement ✔ Coordinate interviews and follow-ups What We’re Looking For: 🔹 3–6 years in US IT Recruitment (OPT hiring experience mandatory) 🔹 Strong communication & negotiation skills 🔹 Familiarity with US visa types and compliance 🔹 Ability to work in US shift timings 📧 Ready to Take the Next Step?
