The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in OPT roles while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities - Source, screen, and recruit candidates for OPT roles in various industries. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates to guide them through the recruitment process. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. - Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability for OPT positions. - Provide feedback to candidates and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process. - Stay updated with industry trends and OPT regulations to ensure compliance. Skills and Qualifications - 4-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in OPT or related fields. - Strong understanding of OPT regulations and processes. - Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem-solving skills and ability to handle recruitment challenges effectively.
