Responsibilities include building relationships with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, organizing interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and deliver qualified candidates in a timely fashion. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Benchsale Recruiting and Hiring processes 7+ yrs of experience in Benchsale Recruiting. Very Proactive in getting the right candidate within a very short period of time through different sourcing techniques. Demonstrated expertise in Benchsale Recruiting and general Recruiting techniques Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build effective relationships with Vendors Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms Proven track record of meeting hiring targets in technical domains Experience in recruiting for IT or software development roles is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
