Role Description The Senior Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, drive revenue growth, and establish strong relationships with clients at YesssWorks. Responsibilities include creating and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, meeting designated sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves interacting with potential and existing clients to promote YesssWorks solutions, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Acquisition - Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills - Experience in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning - Leadership skills to manage and mentor a sales team effectively - Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting - Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment - Prior experience in coworking or commercial real estate is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
