This requires ongoing technological mastery. Key Responsibilities/: You will oversee and carry out the paint shop 's whole maintenance lifecycle on your own. In robotic paint applicators, pumps, conveyors, heat exchangers, and air supply/exhaust systems, this involves troubleshooting intricate electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic problems. For high/-value assets, you will be the only one in charge of the preventative maintenance plans, which will have a direct impact on paint defect rates and unplanned downtime. Your proficiency in robotic/PLC troubleshooting, electrical controls, and fluid dynamics will directly and palpably affect the final product quality and operating cost effectiveness.
