Engineer with Paintshop Maintenance Skills and Knowledge Job Description Who you are/: Oversee the upkeep and dependability of specialist paint shop equipment, such as RTOs or other abatement systems, HVAC, Filtration Units, Varnish/Paint Circulation Systems, and High/-Pressure Pumps. Oversee thorough Root Cause Analysis /(RCA/) for utility failures, paint flaws connected to equipment performance, and recurring malfunctions. Manage the upkeep of chemical dosing systems and fluid quality control in E/-coat baths and pretreatment. Oversee the paint application robots' reliability and maintenance plans, which include regular servo/cable inspections, motion system calibration, and teaching point backup. For the PLC and HMI systems managing the conveyor, oven, and pretreatment phases, offer sophisticated diagnostics and program support.
