Engineer and Paintshop Amenities Maintenance Adept Job Description Focus Skills/: Ultra/-clean conditions, accurate temperature control, and sustainable energy use are necessary for the synergy between moulding and finishing. In the injection moulding industry, the Paintshop Utility Maintenance Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the specialised HVAC, water treatment, and air quality systems to guarantee a flawless surface finish on plastic parts while upholding strict environmental regulations. Desired Outcomes/: Air Handling Units AHU, precise temperature/humidity control systems, water treatment plants DI/RO for washing, industrial compressors, curing ovens/IR heaters and the entire lifecycle of utility asset maintenance within the Paintshop will all fall under your purview. It will be essential that you have knowledge of utility system diagnostics, filter management, chemical handling safety for pretreatment, and strict adherence to VOC and environmental rules. You will carry out PM/PdM programs, quickly diagnose complicated utility issues that affect booth temperature or pressure, and spearhead energy/-saving initiatives that have a direct impact on product quality avoiding surface flaws and moulding facility operating expenses.
