Role & Responsibilities: 1. This role involves a mix of sales leadership, team management, risk mitigation, and client-facing responsibilities to grow the bank's working capital business in a specific area. 2. Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve their performance goals. 3. Drive the team to acquire new clients and manage, maintain, and enhance the existing customer portfolio. 4. Focus on increasing the book size, SOH, and profitability for the location. 5. Understand client business models, trade activities, and cash flows to provide appropriate working capital and business loan solutions. 6. Liaise with internal departments (Credit, Operations, Trade Desk, Branch) to resolve client issues within defined TATs. 7. Ensure smooth processing of applications and payments. 8.
