Job Description Description We are looking for an experienced and highly confident Business Development professional who can independently handle client meetings, build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, Directors), and drive high-value loan deals. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in SME Lending, Business Loans, and Credit Appraisal, with a proven track record of closing large-ticket loans (10 Crore and above). Responsibilities - Conduct meetings with senior decision-makers including CEO, CFO, and promoters of mid to large enterprises. - Identify and acquire SME clients requiring business loans / working capital / structured finance solutions. - Handle complete deal management from lead generation to closure. - Present lending solutions effectively and build strong client confidence. - Coordinate with internal credit teams for appraisal and loan structuring. - Prepare and analyze client financials, cash flows, banking, and business models. - Ensure high conversion ratios for large-ticket loan proposals. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
